LOTUS HEART
Lotus Heart Mindfulness is a meditation and yoga practice by Stacy DiGregorio. Moving from a studio in Elmhurst, IL to a home practice in Tampa, FL brought with it the challenge of starting from scratch. Manic Theory's aim was to expand Lotus Heart Mindfulness's audience through digital ads and social media. Working closely with DiGregoria, Manic Theory grew Lotus Heart Mindfulness's platforms from zero to thousands.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Manic Theory adapted to Lotus Heart Mindfulness metamorphosing brand and times, adjusting to 2020's madness. Harnessing many skills, Manic Theory constructed a social strategy and developed countless pieces of content, supplying Lotus Heart Mindfulness with an overview and analysis at the end of each month. Starting from nothing, brand awareness increased at a strong 200%+ a month, garnering sizable audiences for remote classes and events.
