All collaborations are exceedingly transparent. Manic Theory uses Google Docs to track all notes, time, and progress. Website progress is made live on Wix and viewable on any device. Prices vary on project scale and terms. Generally, the hourly rate is $75-100.

PRIVACY

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Project delivered 1-6 weeks after down payment. Times vary based on project size, revision sets, and communication.
Manic Theory creates a minimum of three "vibe" pages first to gauge your taste and narrow direction.
One fully operational and complete custom website with SEO (search engine optimization) and social sharing automation.
Every design includes custom graphics, fonts, and media assets where applicable. All assets are exchanged via Wix.com and a shared Google Drive after final payment.
Copy is not provided by Manic Theory unless requested for an additional charge (prices vary). All copy is edited and optimized for search engines and included in the original pricing.
There is only one round of unlimited revisions that are included in this pricing and additional revisions and/or modifications are charged hourly at $100/hour.
All notes and hours are tracked in a shareable Google Doc.
Preview of the live site will always be available during the editing process.
All licensed businesses must accept a W-9 form from Manic Theory, as an independent contractor, for tax purposes.
